milesmiles Posted May 1, 2009 Report Posted May 1, 2009 My 240 watt setup basically stop working today. The subwoofer will only make noise once the volume goes up above a certain level (kind of like a noise gate), and when it does make noise, it is not very loud and is ridiculously distorted. I figured this is a problem with the RCA cables because it happened a few days ago and jiggling the RCA cables seemed to fix it? Am I right? Should I just get some new RCA cable? (Note that the setup is currently 3.5 mm stereo to RCA)
