FiBTLforlife Posted May 6, 2009 Report Posted May 6, 2009 i have a gmc sierra single cab truck with 4.3L V8 engine. running AQ3500D amplifier and wondering about power draw from amp. looked up a chart and it said at 3,500rms it will pull around 260amps. is this correct. and if so, i would need 300 amp alt minimum right? can get a Iraggi alt 300amp for $340 shipped 2 AQ 10'' HDC3 copper subs 1 3500d AQ amp 146.3db on TL with stock electrical in single cab truck at 32hz RESULT: 1st place at comp, 3rd overall out of 20 cars
