Bills
ok, on my lvl 5's, i have 2kw going to each sub for daily, but i burp close to 5kw. thing is i got 4 2kw amps, two strapped to each sub, if you can't do two 3500's due to electrical, do 2000s and have a good electrical and the subs will be happy, be sure your box is going to compliment the 4kw total though. Zade08
And Void your Warranty at the same time. This would make the subs actually d2s when he gets power on them. last time i checked thats a total 2 ohm load strapped and one per amp. Void the warranty my ass. Fi Re SD and all those companies who sell a d2 sub wind the coils to a 1.3ohm resistance. Do the two 2 2000ds on 2 lvl4 xls and save yourself the money for the electrical. Lvl5s on even 2 3500s is still a waste of sub. 0.02 Quote Vehicle: 2001 Ford Escape Head Unit: Kenwood Kdc-x592 All out for a rebuild. New shit coming in the next 30 days. Zade08
What I was gonna say is if it was like 50-75 bucks a sub difference I would go ahead and get the lvl5s just incase you get a wild hair up your ass like i do sometimes and decide to buy another 2 saz-2000ds. Then you can double your powah with out having to upgrade subs. but if its more than a hun difference per sub I would stick with the lvl4 xl.
