Decaf
can you make the box any bigger thats kind small after displacement... its less than 6cuft and what do u mean by custom, what are they based on/off of with said dimensions i can only get it to 6cuft@35hz w/72.5sqin port id like to see 7cuft@32 w/100sqin, but it depends on the subs in question

Decaf
top + bottom = 41 x 25 left = 24.25 x 16.5 (outside port wall) right = 23.5 x 16.5 back = 41 x 16.5 front = 31.25 x 16.5 port wall = 17.5 add a 45degree ~4-6" in the back left corner to better define the port... and anywhere else just use resin or 2-4" 45degree Edited June 2, 2009 by decafcappucino
Decaf
personally id add a second baffle and id also resin/mat the inside, especially the outside port wall since its not easy to brace it without disrupting air flow 1"+ dowel rods are great cheap bracing o yeah and the red lines and dots are just suggested spots for bracing is that all u need?
