Stinger Inline Crossovers

I was looking at buying some of the Stinger Bass Blockers featured on Darvex: One of the pair recommended for by nines and another for 5 1/4's. Are these worth the money? They are running off HU power for now but will hopefully be getting about 50 watts RMS soon.

Also, in the description it states they are "designed as a one-piece 6dB low pass crossover." Shouldn't these be high-passes?
