Saltine
build a frame and mount it to the trunk, staple some fleece to it, fiberglass it up and there you go real brief
jcm1689
thats what i was thinking but i cant figure out how. its goin in a stratus so the truk lid also curves down towards the rear bumper and i havent figured out how to make fram to fit this. The white is about where the screen is , the red outline is about the where the edge of the glass needs to be. Edited March 21, 2007 by jcm1689 R.I.P. Guest Nismofreak
Tape of the trunk, foil layer fiberglass mat and pour some layup resin on it. I use pam spray to get it off later on.

BAGGEDBIRDS.com
those build pics are ot my car but i do have cover on my trunk. it has nothing in it though. i would make a flat peice that fits to your tunk lid our of wood. make a complete frome for the monitor mounted with some pieces of wood or dowels, what ever you choose. stretch fleeze or another meterial over it. you may consider leaving it mounted to the car in some fashion or bracing it so it doesn't bow if you pull the material to tight. thumb though these. they are all baicly frame it then stretch it and resin it. http://www.streeteffectz.com/jillmustang1 http://www.streeteffectz.com/jillmustang2 http://www.streeteffectz.com/jillmustang3 http://www.streeteffectz.com/jillmustang4 http://www.streeteffectz.com/jillmustang5 1st SMD "System of the Month" Feb. 2007 Zapco Studio 500 (2) Zapco Studio 300X Zapco Studio 204 (2) (2) FI 12ssd's w/ copper coils DLS Iridium Tweeters DLS UR2.5 MidRange FI. AP Zoutes
I think the best suggestion was what baggedbird said take the lid off and work on it out of the car
