Would those Powerbass coaxs be a good replacement for my Dodge Dakota factory door speakers? I'm seriously considering them.

Edit: Would that Powerbass amp be too much for those coaxs?

They are a great budget replacement. I think they would match up great. The amp is 75x2 @ 4 ohms. And the speakers are 50-150 watts.
