Ethnicity & Race Question?

Alright so I'm filling out some form for High School, and stumble across a question. I'm Hispanic (Parents are Mexican,Born in Mexico) I was born in the U.S.A.

Does that make me White?

The paper I have asks for both Ethnicity(Hispanic/Latino or Not) & Race(American Indian or Alaska Native, Asian, Black or African American, Native Hawaiin or Other Pacific Islander, White).

You're hispanic/latino since your parents are hispanic/latino. There is no "white" option.

Looks to me like if you are not Hispanic/Latino, you continue to the second part. Since you ARE Hispanic/Latino, you shouldn't have to do the second part. Weird.
