1992Chevy K1500 Posted August 13, 2009 Report Share Posted August 13, 2009 i put a big gap between me and other cars aswell, just incase someone creeps on me or someone cant make the stop in time. gives me room to bail out of there if need be. plus, i hate people squeezing and boxing me in. sitting on my bumper or door pisses me off, i like lots of room.as for the audio assault to the public.... :01nocomment8so: I understand about the big gap thing. But a black pickup with 3 inches suspension lift and 2" body with 33" X 14.5" really scares people. Of course, since I don't have audio, pipes help too. I give tailgaters some leniance, but when I can no longer see their headlight lenses in my rearview, they get to hear my pipes rumble. I give them two warnings, but one is usually enough.
