Honestly if you want to get really loud your going to need more than that. The way that Ive always looked at things is this, if a company says a amp is "max xxxx watts" the amp is usually crap and wont put out anywhere near that. Its not 100% true but amps dont have a "max" wattage. Ive never heard of that brand amp, the sub is so so for entry level. Not saying you wont be able to get it loud but not sure you will be able to get it as loud as what your hoping for.

Either way though congrats on your first system.

As far as what subs to run, that all depends on your budget honestly. Not only that but you will need to be able to power the subs, and will need to be able to have a strong enough electrical system to back that up. Not sure how big you are looking at going with this.

Well seeings your new to car audio, I would probly go with something not cheap so to speak but best bang for the buck type of system. I know this has been done so many times but honestly heard one for the first time today and was very impressed.

What I'm thinking is two type R's in 5.5-6 cuft box tuned to 32 hz off like a hifonics bxi2006d, not sure if that amp puts out enough power for two of those but think it does. As for a box, other than the design they are fairly simple to put together. Once you decide what you can do as far as a budget, and what you have in mind; you can provide some dimensions and someone on here can provide you with a box design free or at a very low cost. Some will possibly even provide a "cut list" so all you have to do is measure, cut and put it together. If you have never done anything like this before you might want to start out with maybe a single 15 and a smaller amp, you can always get a second sub later and either build another box or run dual boxes. There are alot of things to think about in this, and depending on if your comfortable enough installing all this yourself, building a box yourself etc.

Also where are you located, maybe someone on the forum will be able to localy help you as far as box and things when that time comes.
