thehoe92 Posted August 17, 2009 Report Posted August 17, 2009 use a DMM to check the voice coils and if they are close to 0 or really high its a bad coil. I forgot to ask what size it was because I thought it was an 18. I would have said BL but that motor is huge for a BL 18. but speedy would be correct if it is a smaller size because there are only double stacked new BTL's and those you can tell by the slope of the top of the motor. Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple

thehoe92 Posted August 17, 2009 Report Posted August 17, 2009 if its a 15" then yes it is a BL and those are rated at 1,000 watts but I run mine at 1,500 watts daily. and speedy you can get double stacked on the new BTL's but they are rare. Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple
