Motorcycle Battery Charging?

well i got my mini chopper started and working, but the battery charger i borrowed from my teacher only charges to around 12v. the battery i have is an ECO GS12V7AH. the charging info on it says here in the picture

Floating Use 13.5-13.8V

Cycle Use 14.4-15V .25a max

so i found this charger on a site that is a 12v charger with the 3-Port Inline Plug.

will this be any better than the regular car battery charger that i have now?

if it isnt, what do you guys recommend, because i dont want to have to tear the bike apart every time i have to charge the battery.
