After da paint dried... we put some pieces together...

Got da sides and da inside port glued and screwed and put into place:

We no more clamps (da longer ones) so we jus had a scrap piece for a brace:

Making sure the port is same from front to back:

I don't know how well the glued pieces of mdf are going to hold with the paint on there though
