Hcca 10.2 VS Fi audio Bl 10" ?

ok so i went on a link here on the site and seen the hcca 10.2 for pretty cheap -$249.00 shipped

I already have the 10" bl fully loaded - iv hit 137 with it on a 1600 watt hifonics amp

my question is, i have a friend interested in my sub now, would the hcca 10.2 eat my fi up with the same wattage or would i need a new amp anyways..

and space is limited so 1 - 10 and a good size box is my limit -
