I used sketchup. I created an awesome box for a '92 Chevy Extended cab longbed pickup (don't ask why I chose it, I just did).

Outer dimensions:

Heighth: 34"

Width: 60"

Depth: 96"

It's a semi-wall blowthrough type box (It's more than double the height of the bed for that year model).

I started at 9 and finished at 10:30. Like I said, I was bored. Really bored.

Oh, and my print screen doesn't work, so I took photos instead.

EDIT: It was designed around some DC LVL5 18"s.
