I've always been interested in it (even before the whole UFC craze got started). I found a really good gym that does it about an hour away, but I'm not sure where to start. I'm not sure if I should just jump straight into classes or go watch some first or what. I don't want to necessary fight in the ring, just train for exercise/self disclipine and stuff. Dan Severn (if you know who he is) has a camp/gym by me and he does training at all levels, from people that have no clue of what theyre doing to people with years of experience. Most places teach basics and everything at what ever pace you go at.
