Rogers Posted October 3, 2009 Report Share Posted October 3, 2009 did it smell burnt? about a year ago my buddy bought a 1990 nissan 240sx... and we went joy riding in it an hour after he got it... and he drove the holy fuck out of it... i mean fast and furious style... there wasnt a corner we didnt drift for the entire 15 minutes we drove it.... anyways... we started smelling something that smelled burnt as hell and then he noticed it was really difficult to shift... so he decided to take it easy on it... we stopped at a stop sign and took off and by the time he got to 3rd there was NOTHING left of the clutch... the car just coasted to a stop.... anyways..lol... the day he got it back from getting a new performace clutch and ss shifter in it... he blew the motor... you might find that slightly off topic but my point is.... if you drive it like a toy, its going to break like a toy.... hell think about the drag racers... they put hundreds of thousands of dollars into their dragsters and some of the time they dont even make it a quarter mile.... just food for though..... but i know boys will be boys... i hope its nothing major... and you get it lined out....
