I have 1,300 subscribers on youtube. about 800 of them signed up. so lets do the math. 3 months= 90 days+/- You get 8 points a day once 20 people sign up so... 8(points a day)x90(days)= 720 plus 2 points every time a friend signs up so 800(friends)x2=1600. 1600+720=2320.
