2seaterAvalanche Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 I just got my Truck back from the shop and noticed i wasnt gettn any response from my Epic when i turned it up.Called the shop and the guys that built the box said because i have a ported box tunned to pick up notes between 45-55hrzts my epic center wouldnt work...i also notice that the Epic center light wasnt flashing when bass note would play.Took the lid of the epic and it was set to 5volts and the jumper in it was a 33htz chip... Can anybody help me with this problem im a EpicCenter Junky and cant live with out it.
j_black10 Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 Sound like it's not getting the fully range of frequencies it needs! The AudioControl Epicenter needs to receive a full range of frequencies in other work properly! So do not install it after a crossover or do not have your headunit set to allow only 45-55hz going into it. AudioControlRockford FosgateXSPower
