The postal lady told me to make a claim with the postal service, but I can't cause I don't have any shipping info because the guy never gave it to me!!!! I did make a claim with PayPal though!! I don't know if to blame him or USPS. The box was open on one end, didn't look like he taped it up that good. I'm glad I did pay through paypal though. Just gotta wait on the claim process.
