Tyler Ciervo
So, my friend has a Jeep Cherokee Classic with 9 10" Kicker Comps and 3 PA Horns, powered by about 4500 Watts. Here's how it sounds. The volume is only at 11. You should hear it at 50 [: What I was wondering is, if I get 2 18" BTL's, will it hit harder and be louder than his? We like to compete with each other around me, just for fun though. I wanna get something that'll blow everyone away. Obviously nothing extremely insane, *cough*Steves Tahoe*cough*, but something pretty legit. Bass - Disturbing The Peace One Beat At A Time. Djmixmasterkid
Your friend has alot of speakers but he doesn't have much powering them. I can guarantee you that he has nowhere near 4k watts. I have that kenwood amp and it only puts out about 650 watts. And by the looks of the other amp it prob. does a little more. I'll give him 1.5k watts You could easily out hit him with 2 12's and at least 1.2k watts in a good box. (if he doesn't upgrade his amps) But 2 18" BTLs will surely blow him away. (even if he upgrades his amps) ...if powered correctly of course I know if I ever find out you were messing with my 17yr old daughter, i'm diggin' off in that ass and then your next post will be asking for tips on how to remove my size 12 shoes from your ass.
