Most local shops have very basic knowledge. Not all but most. To them its just sales. Help your friend out, I'm sure you can figure out how to make it bang with the help of th epeople on this site.

I know if I ever find out you were messing with my 17yr old daughter, i'm diggin' off in that ass and then your next post will be asking for tips on how to remove my size 12 shoes from your ass.

This is the main reason why I've never allowed someone other than myself to wire anything in my ride. I'd rather learn myself before hand and experiment on my own vehicle to get the know how. All the installs done on my vehicles in the last 9 years or so, I've saved myself tens of thousands of dollars between the enclosure and wiring alone.

1998 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer... New setup, old ride... QX56 is staying stock til I get loud... It's only getting walled off if I don't meet my goal @ SBN.

I don't see how that helped the OP at all.

why does it seem like all your posts are about your system or you? :01nocomment8so:

thats kind of strange they know what a tline is but not what the Big 3 is.

get a bigger gauge wire and I would almost consider making a new box.

lots of people on here could design a box that would pound.

also its not suspicious that they asked him to match batteries.

its better to run the same battery... if you have a lead acid and a dry cell its bad

Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple

Wasn't really helpful just pointing out a reason to do things on your own terms, do things right the first time and save a bunch of $$ while you're at it.
