philip
which roundover bits you guys use. i have a porter cable router and the bit i use doesn't go back past the plate far enough. in other words if i used the bit with the plate i would end up with a lip and then a rounded edge. i took off the plate to pushed the bit farther back but just wanted to get some opinions ideas and what size roundovers you're all using. mojoman
phillip- you can make a new base plate for you router really easy. i have a porter cable as well and made one with a larger hole in the plate with a piece of 1/8" hardboard. you can use plastic too, but i had the hardboard.
