If the tires are all good, then they are worth the $450, as for the rims, with out pics, no one can tell, but if one of the rims isnt able to be fixed, a replacement will be high because of the name Quote 99 suburban, ranger rover headlights, SS front bumper,roll pan with frenched tag, 2nd row delete,glassed dash..audio to come whenever I figure out what I want.
