installing new tweeters

Hey guys

i'm planning on replacing/adding some tweets to make my music sound better. right now they suck really bad.

so i got a question. which TWEETERS are really good quality and not really expensive (around $15-20 a pair) and i also will need crossovers, now if i will get 2 pair of them, replace my stock one+add 2 more, how many crossovers i need to get? 1 or 2?

i found this on ebay, do you think they worth buying?

and what kind of crossover are the best for they price? (no more then $30 for it )
