stang_01 Posted December 12, 2009 Report Share Posted December 12, 2009 (edited) The Tri Tips have allready gone through a tenderizer. I work at a Costco Meat Dept. For marinade I use salt, pepper, garlic powder,fresh sliced onions and fresh squeezed orange jucie. Put it in a bag mix it let sit for an hour minimum. Come out bomb.
