Why did Rockford Fosgate Discontinue there Hx2 punch old series?i heard that the old Hx2 punch is better than the newer version is that true i need facts i looked hx2 on the net and could not find anything on why RF discontinued them help here please :clapping: yeah i like the Hx2 they have a good sound to em and they are lil monsters i have two right now along with two infinity referance 1252w,s they hit good to look at my sig it may not all match i admit it but the clutter of audio i have now my friend told me he could hear my car from acrossed the street and he is 2 qaurters of a foot ball field away but the funny thing is that my trunk was shut along with the garage door and i had both amps a lil bit below half way down :nea:

I'm guessing because they just wanted to update the technologies and get more defined categories for their woofers. Of course the 2 things I just mentioned will also make them more money by having many woofers all in various price ranges to fit into any system size/price. I have to agree with you though, the older punch/power Hx2 models were great woofers and shouldn't have been phased out.
