kl0wn Posted December 22, 2009 Report Posted December 22, 2009 If you're low on funds you can just do small things to hold yourself over till you have enough money to upgrade to what you really need. Go out to a local place that sells welding wire, buy some 1/0. Get enough so you can do your Big 3 and 2 runs. Then go out to like autozone or something, and buy a small cheap yellow top to throw in the back. That should hold you over until you have enough money for a H/O alt, then you can go get a bigger battery after you upgrade the alt. Also check the for sale section on here, IIRC there is one topic on there with a guy selling all the wires you need for the big 3 already soldered for you for $25.
