Active with a kenwood dnx 9140

I'm putting together things for my next build which will be a 2003 acura tl type s.

so far i've got

kenwood dnx 9140

2 peerless sls 8's(gonna be glassed in the doors)

1 mb quart dsc 4125 amp(does 500 x 2 bridged for the sls 8's)

Tangband W3-871 mids(gonna be put in the apillars with the tweet)

alpine spx pro tweets(still need to get)

may use a sundown 50.4 or 100.4 to power the mids and tweets.

2 12" sound solution audio junk's(box will be 4 cubes ported tuned to 32hz)

sundown 3000

Now, from what i've gathered up, in order for everything to sound correctly, i'll need some sort of processor to control the xovers? is that right?

If so, what can i use to control the system? could i use something like the rockford 3sixty2?
