650rcode Posted January 16, 2010 Author Report Share Posted January 16, 2010 the box is going into my durango. i already have two 10" CVX's in the Mach 1. i did some playing around with the numbers in the box calculator. i can easily get the box size down to around 8 cubic feet, but what should my port area be? i might be using the fi bl's instead of the type r's if i upgrade my amp so would this same box design work for both subs?
