crazyfrazz09
well i went out and checked over everything again and added 2 more quarts of atf, and it seemed fine. but on the return trip back home it did the same shit all over again. upon holding a constant 35-40 mph it cant decide if it wants to go into overdrive or 3rd it goes back and fourth until i gas it or let off or put it in 3rd. 1998 jeep grand cherokee future teardown and rebuild: 2-15.4 orion hcca's sub amp undecided 2 sets of components 1-concept amp (mids/highs) undecided h.o. alt 2-yellow tops
loburbon
have you checked the transmission dipstick to see where the fluid level is? because you said you had 7qts in it, then added 2 more. Thats still only 9qts compaired to the 11.2qts it calls for. As you drive it the fluid is going to circulate and actually make its way into the tc to fill it, and if your still low, as the tc fills up it's going to make the pan empty. Which is what it sounds like is going on. 2000 gmc yukon 4 sundown Zv3 15's 4 dd m2a's kenwood kdc-x994 2 batcap 4000's 1 batcap 2000 dual alts. 154@37hz and climbing http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3231683 http://www.myspace.com/torque150
crazyfrazz09
i bought a case upon install. which is 12 quarts, and all of that is now in the trans. how long does it take to circulate throughout the rest of the system? 1998 jeep grand cherokee future teardown and rebuild: 2-15.4 orion hcca's sub amp undecided 2 sets of components 1-concept amp (mids/highs) undecided h.o. alt 2-yellow tops
