1700 watt kenwood amp problems

I just got a 1700 watt peak 2 chanel keenwood amp from a friend wont turn on used to work 2 days ago in his car I put it in new car now not working but i know all my wires are good because i put another amp in and it works just fine I took it apart and theres 2 little chips or fuses i guess you would call them and they are burnt and broken they are labeled p1 and p2 can you help.thanks I would post a pic but no camra.sorryI hope its not blown
