Spraying the box

I'd like some input on spraying my sub box with some truck bed liner or some of that spatter paint; sort of what EXO used. Has anyone, other than EXO, use this stuff? Does it help "seal" the box? Link to what EXO used:

I've done the herculiner roll on, but you can spray it also (saw another member on here use herculiner but sprayed it onto his bed instead of rolling it on). My box didn't leak in the beginning so I have no clue if doing it helped. It does make the box look a lot better and just straight mean. Can't see where the wood comes together either.

^ Cool. So the bed spray liner then? My box doesn't leak from what I know, it's more for cosmetics since a big ass wood box in my trunk is starting to look weird, lol. Hope it isn't expensive. I wonder if it's cheaper at Walmart or Pep Boys.

i didnt use the spray bed liner but i used some roll on bed liner from pep boys. i think it was hurculiner. it deff help seal it i think but if ur going to use it, i would let it cure for a while before u put it in ur car becasue i could smell mine for a while. heres a pic of what it looked like
