MoonKnight Posted February 5, 2010 Report Posted February 5, 2010 I have an 82 Mustang with a 302. I have (2)150 AMP alternators available. Am running one battery up front now but am looking to add another to be safe, maybe 2. I have one alternator wired up now to the front battery. The alternators are 1 wire GM type alternators. The system has (2) Memphis amplifiers. One is the MCD4KW and the other is a MCA3004. The 4KW pulls a whole lotta amperage so need to make sure I have enough for it. I am looking for a wiring diagram to run the second alternator and the second and maybe a third battery. Want to find the most efficient way to wire this up. If needed can add more batteries. I am a diagram guy so if anyone has a good diagram to tell me the best way to wire this up.
