Why not build one big square port instead of multiple aeros? By the time you start doubling and tripleing aeros, you'd be better off with one square port. You could even put 45s in the corners of the port if you feel like getting fancy.

Ok, so i liked the big square port idea and made this up...im not sure if the sub will be able to properly build pressure throughout the box with its placement in relation to the port...thoughts?

i screwed up drawing the port a little bit, but you get the idea...i will probably use some dowel bracing on the bottom and sides of the port
