2 alts 2 batteries how to wire?

Ok I just bought a dual alternator bracket from DC Power, ( http://www.dcpowerinc.com/dual-alternators...rnator-kit.html ). I already have a 270 amp alt and an Optima yellow top and have done the big 3 already in my 02 Silverado. I am going to install another alt, and put another yellow top in the bed of my truck. Now how would wire that, I know it may seem like a dumb question, but I'm fairly new to all this...
