aajay602 Posted February 21, 2010 Report Posted February 21, 2010 NOT GET THE RITE FREQUENCY READING ON MY TPI 440 OSCOPE. FOR EXAMPLE WHEN I PUT MY TEST CD TO SEE WHERE MY DECK CLIPS OFF AT, THE FREQUENCY SHOWS 99999.4 WHEN I HAVE MY TEST CD ON 1KHz TRACK.
Guest DC Power Kyle Posted February 22, 2010 Report Posted February 22, 2010 are you on AC current? if it's 999.4 then thats close enough to 1kHz..... if its really 9999.4... then that's interesting... (that's 10kHz) make sure you have it on scope mode in the AC current position. also, lay off the caps lock please.
aajay602 Posted February 28, 2010 Author Report Posted February 28, 2010 my bad on the caps. but yea when i do the test tone for 1kHz it has a .4 at the end of it on the and same goes for the 40Hz test as well and the it is set on AC current. are you on AC current? if it's 999.4 then thats close enough to 1kHz..... if its really 9999.4... then that's interesting...
