Help with fuse placement

So I'm putting together my first high power system, and I'm not sure how to fuse it off safely. The main thing throwing me off is the fact that my sundown amp isn't fused. If someone could take a look at my wiring diagram (I know, it's really well done) and tell me what should change - if anything.

I'm also not sure if I should run the blue top directly from the red top up front, or leave it the way I have it in the diagram.

(ground wires are omitted from diagram and the clarion amp is ~400watts)

I'm guessing the second fuse on the run from the front to the back might not be needed... am I right?

Other then that, how does the electrical look, I've never done this before.
