doughboi916 Posted March 3, 2010 Report Posted March 3, 2010 i think i shorted out my remote wire somehow? and now i cant adjust my side views and my 12v cig lighter thing wont work??? how do i fix this? i checked the fuses, they look good? i just rigged my HU and amp for now till i fix this? also how do i prevent this from happening again? im thinking it was too much load on the thin wire??
kmalinich Posted March 8, 2010 Report Posted March 8, 2010 does your side mirrors and cig lighter work with the remote line disconnected at both ends? and what head unit? or are you pulling your remote line from your fusebox?
