Need some electrical help

hello everybody I'm just going to get right into it. I'm new to car audio and an ameteur but I'm very eager to learn. So eager in fact that I was pulling apart my dash and everything just seeing how things went when apparently there was an exposed wire which touched some metal and sparked yada yada. well when looking at the wire more closely then I noticed it is the power wire hooked up to the battery of my car for my head unit and now my head unit doesn't even turn on. Any ideas on the problem and how to fix it I already checked fuses

you might of fried it. does your radio have a fuse on the back of it? if so try checking it. also you can use a meter to see if your radio is actually getting power to it.

Oh yeah another thing now my keyless entry and my rear passenger window both refuse to work
