Bolt setup Question.

Recommended Posts

When using bolts instead of terminals, stainless steel thread would probably be best, but since I cannot find any at my local Home Depot or Lowes, would the stainless steel zinc coated ones suffice just the same?

Prolly has something to do with acidity, since its a denser/heavier metal it doesn't get eaten away that easily? idk i'm horrible with science.

its not a very reactive metal. Gold is the least reactive, lead is right next to it on the periodic table, so i has close to the same properties. i wonder which is cheaper. and even thought copper and silver are better conductors.. they have a bad oxidizing problem. It weird how im almost failing chemistry but i remember this stuff.
