Sub Box for 2 12s???

I need help with a sub box for a 2006 jeep grand cherokee, measurements I have to work with are height 16" Width 44.5" Depth 34"....I have 2 12" MA Audio 1208XL Subs and a HK602 3600 watt MA Audio amp I have seen a couple of designs I like but need help making sure the airspace and port will work this is my first build if anyone can help with a box setup i would appriciate it!!!! I put some pics of designs that i like but dont know if the port would work ... Should I have a port coming out facing the back door or up facing the roof???

subs up ports back towards back door. seems to be the loudest.
