Harm Sikkenga
i think the RE SX's will sound better than the BTL's. also might do better on that power. if you wanted to double that power go with the BTL's. ill go with the btls thnx though

audioman21
If your looking at that Alpine 2000 for subs, I'd look into two FI Bl's, DC level fours, Sundown SA-12's. There are other brands out there but all three of those listed have proven themselves. For an extra battery I'd look into Powermaster or kinetik. Wiring wise would be Knukonceptz wire or some Stinger from Darvex. Sonicelectronix has that Alpine 200 for 419.00 plus shipping.

audioman21
hey, thats what were here for. For wire make sure to use 1/0 gauge and get enough the do the big three( roughly 8-10ft.) and enough to run from the front battery to the back battery (roughly 18-20ft.). Run that positive to positive on the batts. and you can ground the back battery to the from just make sure its grounded in a good spot(roughly 2ft) for that. Then get some wire to run from the back battery to your amps pos. and neg.. Wherever you get the wire always be sure to get a little extra just in case you mess some up, its always better to have extra than not enough. Be sure to post up any more questions you have so you can do everything right the first time.
