silversound Posted March 29, 2010 Report Share Posted March 29, 2010 I have a pair of DD 9518's in my van on Lunar amps. Right now the subs are firing up and it sounds really good. SPL is a different story, which is why I am looking at a different design. The current box is a little bit over 10 cubes, 48 x 23 x 26; I believe those are the correct numbers. The box was build using DD's formula. I was wondering if I should stick with the subs firing up and port back or should I wall it off behind the second seat? I do not care about classes for SPL contest so going modified is not a problem. Mainly for a daily driver, demo vehicle no one hit wonder box. I will see if I can get 14 cubes internal just like it is now.
