I have two amps , one puts out its 1000-1300 rms power but the other dosnt seem to be Im running one sub per amp any ideas on why this is happening. the "Bad" amp turns on im just not sure what the problem is.

The " bad " amp may just be wired incorrectly on the speaker terminal part of it but it also may be a fuse or there is not equal power going to each amp

they are wired correctly ill re check today and im going to also check the power too

it could be several different things. make sure that you have the correct ohm loads, proper wiring and fusing, good rca signals, good grounds, sometimes these factors can do this to an amp, i've experienced it with an install in a different car. Are you running a distribution block?
