melonhead Posted April 6, 2010 Report Posted April 6, 2010 According to Crutchfield and Sonicelectronix you can fit 6 3/4 on the doors. I don't see that you have components.
McAllister513 Posted April 6, 2010 Report Posted April 6, 2010 Every site will say 6 3/4 but just get on a set of 6 1/2 components and put the woofers in the door and mount the tweeter somewhere like in the A-pillars! Thats what I done in my Silverado dude!!!! Ben G. Posted April 6, 2010 Report Posted April 6, 2010 Does this year of silverado have speakers in the dash? or no? Jw if it's like the 2000zr2 s-10's? they have them in the dash. I was thinking about putting 4"'s in the dash and 5.25 in the doors. I was told i can't go no bigger in the doors? Anyone know if this is true?
