i got a quick question?

so my friend just bought his girlfriend a pioneer cd player for her bday cuz the original one in her car didnt work. It only has 1 pre amp out and she wants to get an inexpensive amp for speakers and subs. so i was wondering how to go about doing that, I was thinking she could get 2 rca splitters ans just run a four channel amp and run all four speakers of the 1st two channels and run her two little kickers of channels 3 and 4. would that work or should she get an eq like the clarion eq that has 1 rca input and three outputs for front,rear and sub?

you can run Y splitters. no point in getting an EQ.

Y splitters work fine, just make sure to set your gains with all the amps plugged in, because the RCA voltage drops a little for every amp you plug into the RCAs.
