i have a 2002 ford focus zx3 5 speed. 2.0 dual overhead cam ztech. i need a full exhaust system. header and all. any ideas where to start?

low deep rumbble. but still a 4 cylinder sound nothing stupid loud just enough your like a dam there is somethin there. but c my cat is clogged and my car runs like a bag of assholes so i need to get it switched

ok well im off to have my exhaust flow checked to make sure it is the cat b4 i buy the stuff. what do u guys think. i start it up and it runs fine for about 10 min. then if u punch it it will sutter a little then after about 3500 to 4000 rpm it just dogs out and gets worse the more u drive. but if u let it cool down its fine for 10 min again. my mechanic said clogged cat. it has 115,000 miles
