What amplifier should I use?

I have two amps:

4 Channel Quantum Audio (retails @ $350 / ebay for $200) its 800RMS (probably more like 700 or less since its an off brand.) but its 4OHM/2OHM and I dunno how many watts or how I should bridge it to get 800RMS @ 2 OHM (it says it does 700 @ 2OHM and 400 @ 4OHM)

or should I use my current amplifier which is 400RMS alpine (goes for $120 on ebay and $240 retail) which is running 2 OHM these are the amplifiers:

I just dont want to blow anything haha I can hook the amplifier upto a multimeter and make sure theres no clipping etc. but would the alpine put out more power or should I wire up the 4 channel? and if so how can I wire those 4 channels into 1 bridge for 2 ohm?

or is it like 200RMS per channel? i dont get it, it says 2OHM 700RMS (so can i get that from my single subwoofer setup?)

Crutchfield has a wiring diagram page that is very helpful.

Well I know how to wire two ohm on a mono/2channel amplifier but a 4 channel doesnt make much sense lol

on crutchfields they just show two subs on a 4 channel not one... and my sub is dual 1 ohm not 2 or 4 so it doesnt show that eigther... so im guessing its impossible? :-/

I'm guessing theres no way :-/ I mean unless I can bridge both channels on the amp to two ohm into my sub, but I think if I do that it turns into a 4ohm load can anyone confirm? im trying to find the manaul to the amp
