memphis m3 12 specs

Any one know the specs of Memphis M3 12 D2? All I can find is power rating and a lot of different box recommended sizes. Need to know at least the Fs. Planning on building a T-Line for it. Friend got it for free with a blazer he got yesterday, but the box the guy had it in is shit. The port is 1.25"x12.25", only 8.2"^2 per cube.
